How to Place an Order via our Online Ordering Platform
Go to our Online Order Platform website.
Enter your Username and Password.
Click Login. Your dashboard now appears.
Select your next delivery date from the calendar. The run details will automatically appear in the New Order section.
Click ‘Place New Order’. Our full product list will now appear.
Scroll through the list to find your items.
Click on the Quantity of your desired product. You can now enter the total box volume you wish to order.
When you have selected all your items, scroll to the bottom of the list and select ‘Save Order’. A confirmation window will appear.
Click ‘Yes’ to confirm your order. A window will appear showing ‘Success’.
Your order has been placed and an email confirmation has been sent to you and our Customer Service team. Log Out as needed.
You can also find products by filtering the list by searching the product name or flavour.
Before confirming your order, you can review your ordered items by clicking on ‘Filter Options’, then select ‘with Quantity’.
How to Edit An Online Order
Select the delivery date of your order from the Calendar.
Click on the Order you wish to change in the Existing Orders section. Our full product list will now appear.
Amend the items you wish to change (increase or decrease item quantity).
When you have amended your order, scroll to the bottom of the list and select ‘Update Order’. A confirmation window will appear.
Click ‘Yes’ to update your order. A window will appear showing ‘Success’.
Your order has been updated and an email confirmation has been sent to you and our Customer Service team.
How to View Product Images & Nutritional Information
Once you have created an order, select the ‘View Product Description’ Eye Icon next to the product name. The product information will now appear.
Click on the product image to enlarge the picture.
Scroll the page to locate the desired product/nutritional information.
Press the ‘X’ or ‘close’ button to close the window and return to your order.

How do I access the Online Ordering Platform?
You can find the link to our Web Ordering on our Website Homepage www.newyorkcakes.com.au or in our communication to you via texts or emails.
How do I access my Username and Password?
Your username and password will be issued and communicated to you by our Office team. Depending on your device, you should be able to save these details so that you do not have to enter them each time.
What happens if my Username and/or Password are incorrect or I have forgotten them?
If you do misplace your Username or password details, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be able to re-issue them to you.
Can I place an Online Order for any day on the calendar?
You can only place orders for your allocated delivery days. If you select a non-delivery day, you will not be able to order.
Can I add an 'Order No' to my Order?
Yes, you can. Just enter the details in the 'Order No' section at the top of the product list.
Can I add a Comment to an Order?
Yes, you can. However please note that we are not able to accommodate to delivery times, so please do not request for delivery times in the comments.
Why is there an error message appearing?
There are several Error messages that could appear:
The Selected Run is Closed (The order cut off time for that particular delivery day has passed. Select another delivery day).
Below Min $ (Your order does not mee the minimum dollar amount and needs to be increased).
How far in advance can I place an Online Order for?
You can order up to 14 days in advance via our Online Order Platform.
Can I view previous Orders?
Yes, you can view current and past orders by selecting the delivery date of your order.
Can I view my invoices and accounts via the Online Ordering platform?
No. At this stage, you have access to products and order information only. For account information, please contact our Office.
Can I cancel or edit an order after the order cut off time?
If the cut off time has passed for a delivery day, you are not able to edit or cancel that order. Your items will be delivered. You are also not able to edit or delete any previous orders once the items have been delivered.
Can I cancel an Online Order via the Online Ordering Platform?
You are not able to delete a Online Order via the website. If you need to cancel an Online Order, you must contact our Customer Service Team during office hours before the Order Cut Off time.
You are only able to:
Add or remove products on your order
Amend product quantities
Please note your order must still reach the minimum delivery amount when placed or edited.
